A movie about a legend.

The movie is directed by Manana Hakobyan, the soundtrack is created by a composer, Honored Artist of Armenia Ara Gevorgyan, the camera operator is Hakob Karanfilyan, and the producer is Edgar Ayvazyan, who informs that they will soon finish shooting in Artsakh. Then they plan to shoot in five more countries: the United States, Paris, Jerusalem, Moscow, and a number of other countries, where our freedom fighters and clergymen having won the Artsakh war with enthusiasm and victory were destined to settle down. Their memories and real life stories will make the movie even more eloquent and vivid.

The documentary is about the leader of the Artsakh Diocese, Artsakh hero and commander Archbishop Pargev Martirosyan. It will present the unwavering devotion of a great Armenian to his nation, his past path, achievements, his enormous service in preserving the revival and spiritual values of the Artsakh Diocese of the Armenian Apostolic Church as well as his great role in the Artsakh war.

The film will be based on His Holiness Pargev's loud contemplations about childhood memories, family, birthplace, college years, peace achieved at the cost of great losses and the war imposed on Artsakh, strengthening of Artsakh and irreversible progress.

The film will be full of interesting stories and memories of the devotees-generals, commanders and soldiers, who sacrificed their lives in the Artsakh struggle, in the glorious victory of the liberation of Shushi.

Some of the most iconic characters as the Primate of the Western Diocese of North America Archbishop Hovnan Terterian; the founder and editor of the California Courier and the president of the Armenia-Artsakh-Diaspora Foundation Harut Sasunyan; the Mayor of Glendale Vrej Agajanyan; the president of “Armenia” foundation in Los Angeles Maria Mehranian, Armenian benefactor Mike Saryan, former Glendale Mayor Ara Najarian and others take part during the shootings in Glendale.

In November Archbishop Pargev Martirosyan, Primate of the Artsakh Diocese, Hero of Artsakh, will pay a visit to Los Angeles to participate in the Artsakh-Diaspora Pan-Armenian

Telethon, the process of which will be filmed and included in the movie. The world-famous French-Armenian singer Rosie Armen will also take part in the Los Angeles Telethon, who will also star in the movie.

The premiere of the movie will take place in the spring of 2021 in Stepanakert, Los Angeles and Paris. The televiewers will be able to watch it on metro and satellite broadcasting of the Public Television. In Los Angeles the movie will be screened at the Alex Cinema.
